Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") are entered into by and between Packers and Movers Mumbai , hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and the customer, hereinafter referred to as the "Client." The Client agrees to the following terms when availing of the packing and moving services provided by the Company.

Services Offered

The Company agrees to provide packing and moving services to the Client as described in the agreed-upon quotation. This includes packing, loading, transporting, unloading, and unpacking of household or office goods.

Quotation and Payment

The Client agrees to the quoted price provided by the Company for the specified services. The quotation may include charges for packing materials, labor, transportation, and any additional services agreed upon.

The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon amount in full before the commencement of the packing and moving services. Payment methods and due dates will be outlined in the invoice provided by the Company.

Booking and Cancellation

A booking is confirmed once the Client provides necessary details and pays any required booking fees. The agreed-upon date and time for the services will be specified in the booking confirmation.

The Client may cancel or reschedule the services by providing written notice to the Company. Cancellation fees may apply, and the Company reserves the right to retain a percentage of the paid amount to cover administrative and operational costs.

Liability and Insurance

The Company shall exercise reasonable care and diligence in handling the Client's belongings. However, the Company shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or delay that arises from unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, accidents, or other events beyond its control.

The Client is encouraged to purchase insurance coverage for their belongings during transit. The Company may offer insurance options, and details will be provided upon request.

Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information, securing necessary permits, and ensuring the accessibility of the premises during the packing and moving process. The Client should also be present during the loading and unloading of goods.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and the provided services shall be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
